Registration Receipt

Official receipts will be issued to the registrant on their [My Page].
If you do not receive receipt on your [My Page], please contact the secretariat via e-mail at strc@khu.ac.kr and we will email you the receipt.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to strc@khu.ac.kr.
No refunds will be issued after the regular registration period.
All refunds will be made within 2 months after Conference and all bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Bank transfer admission fees will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments.

Liability

The organizers nor the venue can be held liable for any losses or damages to personal properties or health of the participants. The participants should arrange their own insurance to cover any medical costs.
